Meet Clare, founder of calm pathways
At Calm Pathways, our journey is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel truly heard. Meet Clare Miller MCMA, the compassionate founder behind our supportive listening and wellbeing space. Her personal experiences and deep commitment to emotional support have shaped Calm Pathways into a place where genuine connection flourishes.

The heart of calm pathways: inspired by connection
Calm Pathways was created from Clare's deep belief in the power of compassionate listening and genuine human connection. Through her own life experiences, caring responsibilities, and supporting others through difficult times, she understood how powerful it can be simply to be truly heard without judgment. This foundation of empathy is at the core of everything we do.

Blending personal experience with professional insight
Alongside her personal experience, Clare is currently studying Psychology and Counselling with the Open University, deepening her understanding of emotional wellbeing and how people can be supported through life’s challenges. She has also completed training in Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), strengthening her approach to neurodiversity and diverse ways of processing the world.

A tranquil haven for carers and beyond
Clare created Calm Pathways to offer a calm and welcoming space where individuals — particularly carers and those supporting others — can pause, talk openly, and feel unburdened. It’s a place designed for you to feel heard, understood, and supported in your unique journey, whether you're navigating personal challenges or providing care for others.
